Q: Do I have to purchase both the single copy and the quarterly updates to get the quarterly subscription?
A: No. The quarterly updates option includes the initial copy. You will receive four issues mailed quarterly.

Q: Do you have a demo available?
A: Yes. E-mail your name and address to sales@emslogic.com and indicate that you are interested in receiving the demo and we will mail it out. The demo copy is the same as the full version with the exception that several title have been removed. All the indexes, table of contents and links are there, but the actual documents for selected titles have been removed so that it all fits on one CD.

A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us for return and refund information.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping varies on the method you choose. We include free shipping via US Mail on all products, and FedEx 3 Day, 2 Day and overnight for an additional fee listed on the order page.

Q: Which is better, the CDROM or DVD version?
A: It is personal preference and also dependent on your hardware. Obviously you need a DVD reader to use the DVD product. The main advantage to the DVD option is that all the titles are on one disc and do not require disc swapping. It also has a master index that covers all the titles for searching.
