ISO 14001 Subscription Information

A one year introductory subscription rate of $175* will entitle the client to full unlimited access to the ISO 14001 sections of the site.

Follow the link below to purchase a subscription. The link will open a new window to a third party organization that processes our payments. They offer many payment options including online Credit Card purchasing, order faxing, order by phone, check and wire transfers. Once your order has been completed and approved by them, you will be emailed a Authorization Key that can be entered in the admin area of your account to create, or renew/extend your subscription. If you choose to order by credit card, you will receive the Authorization Key within minutes of completing the order. Following entry of the Authorization Key you will obtain full access to the ISO 14001 sections of this website.

Terms:
The subscription authorizes the client (subscriber) full access to the EMS Logic, Inc. Environmental Management Systems Online Consulting Services ISO 14001 sections. The use of the EMS Gap assessment tool is limited to one facility per subscription. Clients may not make their EMS Logic, Inc. passwords available to individuals outside of their organization. By placing an order via the link below, the client (subscriber) authorizes EMS Logic, Inc., or its payment processor, to recover the subscription cost identified credit card service. The client (subscriber) understands and agrees that access to this site and the online consulting services will expire one year from the date of the order completion. The user will be notified of the pending expiration of the subscription and will be provided with an opportunity to renew the subscription.

EMS Logic, Inc. will not be responsible for the loss of any data stored on the EMS System. EMS Logic, Inc. takes all practical measures to prevent the loss of data, however, EMS Logic, Inc. recommends that clients periodically download their data to their local system.

EMS Logic, Inc. offers Online Environmental Management Consulting Services with the understanding that EMS Logic, Inc. will accept no responsibility, including financial liabilities, associated with the failure of the client to achieve EMS certifications provided by authorizing organizations, or any fines, penalties, or liabilities imposed by governmental regulatory authorities in relation to the use of this site to achieve EMS certification or the clients’ compliance with applicable laws, regulations or orders.

In order for EMS Logic, Inc. to provide effective consultative services all clients must obtain a legitimate copy of the ISO 14001 standard & 14004 guideline. Instructions on obtaining copies of these documents from ISO is provided on the support page within the website (current approximate price = $41.00 & $66.00 respectively).
